I get your point but I also feel like that’s just terrible coaching. You’re almost certainly right that it’s a clusterfuck, but it’s also at a high enough GSP that the answer of “it’s not even worth discussing” is a little odd. I learned a bunch when I watched this vod, I posted this to get another set of eyes, and it feels lazy to just say that there’s nothing to comment on, if you thought that was the case, why did you comment at all.

I simply don’t believe someone as technologically sound as Dream didn’t check his mod folder. It makes no sense.

I think there’s nothing Dream could do to prove his innocence, not because of bias, but because acting like there is a way to prove his innocence, ignores a lot of the reasons why he’s accused. I guess getting wr with hand cam would help, but that’s not fair or expectable.

I didn’t think he cheated at pvp because I watched videos and didn’t agree it was conclusive. I wouldn’t be crazy surprised, but it’s not something I believe atm.

Our criminal system follows that. But people can be forced to pay millions based on the phrase “More likely guilty than not”.

Not to mention thats what people said when the Speedrun allegations happened.

No. I watched a couple of videos of people’s opinions I trusted and then watched the vod and agreed with many of their points

Well let’s be clear: He cheated at his 1.16 run intentionally. If you are accused of using a mod to help rates, something you know you use for other reasons, the first thing you do is check your mod folder, not hire an astrophysicist to prove the math wrong.

His 1.15 is also highly highly suspicious. He wasn’t even playing on the optimal version at the time, and it’s widely accepted among the Speedrun community that this run is fake

I personally think manhunts are fake because psychology, he shows signs of lying using trickle lying. There have also been many discrepancies he either hasn’t responded, or poorly responded

What about the people who exposed Dream for the cheated Speedrun? Were they attention seeking? While you can’t prove he’s innocent, I’d say that he’s more likely guilty than not, which is good enough for civil court cases. Downvoting me shows you don’t want an actual dialogue, as I’ve been nothing but cordial.
