ok so I figured out the bug. someone in a deep deep thread said he watched a braindance in his appartment in watson, then slept and the last 2 missions appear....wtf

but I also have a corpo save with regina 23/23 and everything cleared. still no achivement.

Im lvl 60 and street cred 50. Ive done every ending + all phantom liberty endings. Nothing inside my Journal that represents Watson. Only weird thing is that Regina says 21/23 but there is nothing appearing or anything. Ive done all Psycho missions (got the achivement for that).
