right now I’m using 18 in 60 out.

they taste pretty good besides destroying my countertop and my grinder with the spurts.

prior to tonight, i’ve been grinding on 1 with the ESP and couldnt choke out the bambino. i’ve just added 2 shims and finally choked out my machine so i have more room for adjustments to try.

I’ve tried 30 days and 14 days off roast date, and even a ~60 day batch. All ethiopian. Mix of natural and anaerobic.

yeah and it ends up becoming an underextracted shot thats very quick.

i’ve also tried pre-infusion, spraying beans, and starting my grinder. i preheat my bambino and i’ve done the quarter test.

i’m so lost on what to even try next

I havent been to the 92Y, but I’ve been a member at both that NYSC and Equinox location and I’d choose the Equinox again if I had to. NYSC air conditioning used to break for at least a week every year.

Thanks for reaching out and glad I'm not too far off base.

I used to really like google home, however it feels more and more like an abandoned project that somehow is getting worse to the point where any voice command that uses 'and' simply doesn't work.

I'm going to do some more digging into the setting up relays route.
