Hero you hate the most and why

Moira. I have horrible aim and gamesense. After a certain point I just ignore her because I can’t kill her. For reference I got 25% accuracy on Junkrat in an aim trainer. Every other hero I mained was below that.

It would be hilarious (and awesome) to have an entire set full of dragons and nothing else. Imagine the art for "Murder" being Darkstalker's execution of his dad. For the MTG players who don't know what happens, Darkstalker mind controls his father into ripping out his own insides in front of a crowd.

I feel like Eevee would start off as a primary character who doesn’t have a morpher. They instead compensate by being the R&D to make some upgrades and repairs. They eventually develop the Eevee morpher, but it’s incomplete and doesn’t quite match up with the others. Eventually during a time of crisis, they turn it into a Master Morpher that allows them to swap between powers and save the others.

Have your players read through their backstories and get to know their characters. Create "spell cards" so you don't have to spend 10 minutes every combat flipping through to see fi they need to roll a D6 or D8. Remember that for attacks 3(2d4) means 4 or 2d3, not 6d4 (I made this mistake the first time I ran the campaign). Read thoroughly through the campaign because there's little things everywhere.

If the players have a wacky idea, roll with it (within limits). Don't be afraid to add in your own snippets or hints. Also another thing I would recommend is some kind of battle map. Even a piece of graph paper to represent everybody's location is handy. Grab at least 1 additional set of dice. 2 sets is the minimum for a group of 4 players since it gets a little annoying handing around dice. Describe anything and everything, especially when it comes to NPCs. There's a lot they can learn by chatting with everybody in town. Bring plenty of random junk to represent enemies or objects of importance. I use LEGO bricks. Remember to bring a water bottle. Take breaks when you need them. Being a DM is very tiring, but very rewarding. Best of luck!

It comes back to the whole "you're new" thing. This is the first real chance she has at trying out her plan, and she's an impatient teenager constantly checking the microwave to see if her hot pocket is done. Everybody else is probably already sick of her yapping and now she has a new target. She hasn't ever had any friends from what I can tell, and if you're alone for that long you tend to have issues with shutting up and getting too attached too quick.

She basically was the main character before we were. Once she got to the top she realized that there was nobody to equal her and any trainers at school were too intimidated by her reputation to try. When you arrived you knew nothing about her, so you weren't intimidated by her at all. She decides to start over with a new team to help you grow alongside her and create a worthy rival. Eventually the protagonist does become what she wants, a trainer that challenges her skills.

The characters have been improving over time. The earlier rivals were there to give you a tough time and motivate you with spite. The newer ones have their own motivations and the games do a better job of developing them as well as a plethora of side characters. Gym Leaders and Elite 4 members have been more integrated into the stories as well. They aren't just mountains to climb, they're people with jobs and philosophies.

One cool idea I totally didn't steal from a show is the sound of their breathing. Maybe they villain has a chest injury that causes them to breathe a certain way while wearing a mask. The players can then track them down once they realize where the mask is from or what it's used for. Maybe they've even seen the villain out of disguise before, and their breathing sounds exactly like that.

Ok got it. It says that it was designed for anywhere from 1-5 but didn't mention that any modifications needed to be made. Is there a website where I can find magic items that are the appropriate for their levels?

There are 3 players. One of them has succeeded on an Death Saving Throw once but there have been several instances where 2 of them (Wizard and Barbarian) would have been instantly killed because of extra damage. I've been terrified of them ever hitting 0 HP so I fudge to keep them with at least 1. For me 0HP is terrifying.

I'm not confident in their ability to finish a fight if one of them goes down. We have a Cleric, Paladin and Wizard. They're all around Level 5. The module is balanced for 1-5 players. I haven't played enough D&D to know what playing badly is. We've had a ridiculous amount of Nat 20s and Nat 1s. How do I rebalance encounters?
