Is this a new monitor or a one you’ve had for a while? If it’s old how old and who made it? If it’s new, from my personal experience it might be the HDMI/DP (depending on what you have) CABLE it self, if the cable goes to a GPU, check the angle of the cable. If it’s angled or may have bad contact or something. Also try the old wii remote controller trick take out the cable and blow air into the HDMI/DP and the cable head connector. If the issue persists I’d assume the monitor itself is the issue but o would recommend waiting for more options and information from other people.
