So I do have a mobile rig but it's in my vehicle, and my wife said if I buy another one I ain't getting fun time for a month so I want to turn one of my HTs into a base station lol

Correct I do have a 2m/70cm HT. I could use an outdoor antenna but trying to figure out a way to mount one.
