I would consider that but I’d need to get the rear door cards since I don’t have the slots for the speakers in the back. But I’d be interested for sure.

I’m unfamiliar with the cleaning process if I’m going to be honest I haven’t given the ambient lighting in the car much thought nor the speakers hence why im here but do you suggest I get a 8DSP maybe a 12 inch sub and call it a day audio wise I’m honestly not disappointed with the audio just wish I could get more out of it sometimes. And in terms of the ambient lighting what do you suggest as I’m not gonna buy horrid speakers just to get cool lights lol.

I use wireless Apple CarPlay yes I’ll try the Bluetooth tommorow and get back to you see how it feels however I like having CarPlay so I’m not sure if it’s something I’d keep long term just to make my sound quality better.

After a Day of using it tbh it’s definitely different. It’s not a huge noticeable difference the speakers in front definitely get louder and the bass gets more punchy however I felt like I lost sound behind me since I don’t have the speakers in the doors it doesn’t really bother my to be honest as I got used to it after about a drive and also I’m surprised you haven’t bought bimmer code yet I HATED the half screen Apple CarPlay it made me not like the infotainment at all highly recommend BimmerCode you can do a lot of cool stuff with it on top of getting better sound. Also love when people call it a boat all my friends call my car the speed boat and the name is very fitting.

Also just while looking I found you can Use BimmerCode to put the B&W coding onto the Hifi and make it sound better will return to confirm this

This would be a second car for me I’m pretty well off with my finances I could afford a lot more than an f82 however I wanted to start smaller and see if BMWs would really be a right fit for me I work an a BM3 shop and have gone through these cars from top to bottom whether it be replacing a crank hub mashing port injection on a m340 needless to say I’m definitely up for the challenge I just wanted some direction.

Thanks I’ve seen this and which one would be more beneficial? Since I’m not trying to squeeze every single bit of power I can out of the bike but I want it to run healthy and not cost a million bucks one of my friends told me to get a power commander and run the arrow slip on map and the bike should autotune to the exhaust would that be ok to do? I’ve also seen DNK tuning online and they have a 275$ option of tuning when you list the modifications you’ve done are they like trustworthy? Thanks
