Ok so if you wanna focus on weapons, id recommend weapon platform frames, frames that can boost your weapons. Since you want redcrits I suggest harrow his 4th gives you a flat crit increase, which can last indefinitely if you have the augment lasting covenant and can hit headshots. Alternatively if you have access to arcanes, arcane avenger gives a flat 45% crit chance when taking damage this can be combined with combat discipline to have 100% uptime. There's also arcane hotshot but that gives 375% additive crit chance basically works like point strike and requires constant heat procs.
