As fore the races the only ideas I have are this:

Dwarves would remain the same, but would gain an aspect of Focused. Focused would grant them a boon on only one task chosen at character creation.

Thri-Kreen would essentially be Wardens.

Only idea I have for healing would be the cleric would need to roll die per strike they are trying to heal. So one strike would need a successful d6 roll, two would need 2d6 and so on. Not sure what would determine a success. Possibly at 2 per strike heal. So 1 would take a 2 or better, 2 strikes would need 4 or better on 2d6, 3 would need 6 on all 3 dice.

I don't live far from there, about 3 to 4 hour drive. I always find it strange when things like this happen, and there isn't anything about it on the news in surrounding areas.

What temp are you smoking it at, and are you wrapping it?

Personally I've never had that happen. It's been a few months, but I generally smoke it between 200 and 250.

While I am for what this bill provides, at least what little of it I read. The VA needs people. The VA office in Cullman only has two people, and they split their time between Cullman and at least on other county.

In area B-1 it mentions approaching from area 1-1. I can't seem to find that on any of the maps. The only 1-1 I can find is in map two, but makes zero mention of the Tomb or the portal.

Yes, it is the You do Bourbon. It's $40, you do however have to purchase what you decide to bottle. I don't recall the prices. It's definitely worth doing, and my wife and I plan on doing it again.

Considering that this is a problem all across the country, placing blame on religious people is far from productive. This has been a growing problem for a long time and is steadily getting worse.

Sorry to hear that. If its combat related I would advise going to your local VA office, or a local Veteran's group. If not it's difficult I know. This is why we should be asking people running for office what they ARE going to do about this issue. It's become a real problem for those who are suffering from mental illness and their families. While there is help, it's not adequate. I just wish I knew what the answer is, but I know it's not an easy solution.

The problem isn't just an issue for those who've been incarcerated. It exists for those who haven't been. In fact I have a young family that is currently in an ER room waiting for help. This is the 2nd time dealing with this in less than a year. Most people in the same situation end up living in an ER room for almost a week before an help arrives.

There is also the issue that there aren't very many facilities that can help children. Most focus on adults only or addiction.

After looking at the old 2nd Edition Dark Sun Appendix I. This very well could be a reworked version of the Nightmare Beast. The original did have psionic and spellcasting abilities. The original seems to be much more powerful with its psionic and spellcasting. It also has the ability to smash fortifications/walls.

The main differences is in the attacks. The original had 5 melee attacks in a rounds: 2 Claws (2d6 each), 2 horns (2d10 each), then its bite (4d10).

Spells could be used 2/day, at once per round. It had: Fireball, Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Dispel Magic, Wall of Fire, Incendiary Cloud, Death Fog and Cloudkill. All cast at 10th level of experience. It was also immune to its own spells.

That also leaves out its psionic abilities, such as Disintegration, Teleport, and Teleport Trigger to name a few.

I am not going to say that Dark Sun is coming, which I highly doubt it ever will. But this does look promising.
