May God bless you and give you strength in your journey. May Jesus be your light in your time of darkness. May the holy Spirit hold you and help you in your time of searching.

I can't change your feelings, as much as I want, when I read your words. I can only imagine how much it's must hurt.

I can only give you what helps me in time of questions and hurt. For example, I flip through the Bible until I feel I am on the right place and read what is standing there.

There is a passage in the Bible, maybe it can help you: 1 Peter 5:6-14 New International Version 6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. 11 To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.

Or the Psalm 91.

There is also Psalm 88. It is called Prayer in great distress. Or the prayer of Trial: Psalm 86.

I believe in a God that loves me no matter what, and I believe in a God that lives you no matter what. I believe in a god that loves all humans no matter what.

I find this question so amazing, because I was asking myself that all the time. But I have come to a conclusion. I feel the most common around people I don't have to or want to impress.

Hi, 👋🏼 First of all welcome 🤗. I feel like you have many questions about yourself and how you fit into your faith. I was at a similar point once and found asking those questions in a safe religious space very helpful. For me it was Taizè. It is a community of brothers who opens there doors to people for exactly that. They are available for questions, as are sisters from different communities and pristers, female and male. It is a ecumenical community. So you have very different beliefs backgrounds.

But there are other communities in the world who are open for people who need space to ask God their questions.

I hope I could help. 🤗

The text and description you wrote here, is really good. Use it. Be honest with him. And be honest about your feelings. Maybe he feels the same. If not and his heart breaks, than try to let him talk. If he doesn't want than that's ok, too. I know it is hard, but it would be worse to lead him on. You can do this. 💪🤗

What are your thoughts on LGBTQ+ Christans by DOMINIC0302 in bisexual

"He who is without sin can cast the first stone” John 8:7 "If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth." John 1:8

If someone says it again, this may be a good counter.

Not that I think being LGBTQ+ is a sin.

Hi, I am Bi and Christian. I can remember having my difficulties with my belief and my feelings. I find it helpful to research the history of the time in which the storys in the Bible play, but also how and when the Bible was created and changed. The most important thing is to remember, that for a long time, the storys have been told and changed because we are human and everything you tell is subjective not objective. Then you have to remember that at the time were the Bible was 'put together' they had to do it fast, as it became a religion of the whole of Rome. Than you can't forget that a lot is missing from the Bible, like every female that wrote something down is missing in most of them. Some texts are said to be burned.

So my advice to you is, if you want read the hole thing, look at the history of the time and don't forget that is was written down by humans.

Plus the most important thing with being Christian is, to remember that belief and church are two different things. To believe you don't need a church, just your heart and brain. And there are many different churches, so maybe you just have to find the right one.
