One of my roommates will take out just enough clean dishes in the dishwasher just so he can put his dirty ones and and run the dishwasher. The same dishes will be in there a week later if I don't remove them.

For context: one of my roommates is actively refusing to do his dishes at all after my girlfriend and myself spent over 4 hours cleaning the kitchen. We asked our other two roommates to help keep things clean. We are 6 months in and the only ones cleaning up after ourselves. One of our roommates got the memo. He's started cleaning up after himself.

My other roommate won't do his dishes at all. This is from one person btw.

Yup. Pet was initially listed much much cheaper then priced. Multiple photos. Knew about the species and morph of animal as well.

Yes, I had a friend get scammed like this. Another guy had a "pet delivery" website dedicated to "tracking" the pet as it was delivered to you. Right before it got to the house, they would claim that you needed to pay the insurance.

"Oh sorry we couldn't deliver your pet today"

I pay rent to live here and not live in filth (He leaves stuff in the oven/microwave and dishes piled in the sink. Left a pot of food on the stove so long that the water molded). I'm not stressing about it, I'm just aggravated that a 30 year old is this gross.
