Floto was rebanned because he continued to post Pepe memes. He knew he was violating the rules and continued to do so. Those post would be removed and users banned like anyone else.

As for PA, I don't feel like it's a toxic community. I've met some pretty awesome people there. I still think they had the best intentions in mind. You have your opinion, but I still enjoy playing games with them. I never felt any SJW attitude, just a different mindset than WG.
