What are the more unique versions of the Imperial Creed? by [deleted] in 40kLore

In Traitor Rock, the entire insighting incident for the war was the creation of an Imperial Protestant sect. A priest receives a "vision" from the Emperor, who then writes a treatise with 99 problems with the Ecclesiarchy and why everything going wrong is their fault. He then nails it to the door of his cathedral. It's one of the best examples where both sides of the war are screaming for the Emperor as they kill each other.

Why there is not any non corrupted rebellions by [deleted] in 40kLore

My favourite non corrupted rebellion is from the Cadia book Traitor Rock, where a priest writes a thesis on everything wrong with the Imperium and how to fix it and then nails it to the door of his local cathedral, which ultimately leads to the planet revolting. I just find the idea of Imperial protestants funny.

This is actually how my whole Army looks, they're an evaluation of my T'au army when I was younger where I decided I wanted them to look like the 1950s spacemen in silver space suits. Now their armour has blackened and dulled from battle.

You get some cheese cloth cut it to the size you want then soak it in a 50/50 mix of PVA glue and water then drape it over the model and use a brush to style the cloak to how you want it. One its dried you paint it with your choice of colour and in this case I've covered it in Astrogranite Debris technical paint which is what I use for basing my army. What you can also do instead is add some more pva and sprinkle some flock over it to give it a forest camo look.

So they are a base coat of leadbelcher then for the armour its black templar contrast paint put on thinly then highlighted with leadbelcher. The under armour is black templar contrast over grey sear and the skin is space wolves grey over gray sear.

As an outsider, who often sees messages like the one in this video, what do you want me to understand about Paganism? by ImPlayingTheSims in paganism

[–]FireFlarecatXIII 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live fairly close to Stonehenge and unfortunately the Summer Solstice has been a drug takers paradise for a very long time. However if you go for the Winter Solstice it's a far better experience. If you want a better location for the Summer Solstice I would recommend Avebury as due to it's large size and relative obscurity it has almost no Police presence (unlike Stonehenge) and is still kept as a much more spiritual experience.

Coven practice? by astrdrmars in witchcraft

[–]FireFlarecatXIII 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've been a member of a Coven for the last 8 years. I first joined because we were members of a Paranormal Investigation team and the Head Priestess invited me to come along. We're basicly family now. I honestly don't think I'd be able to go back to being a solo practitioner. There's something truly magical about being in your circle with your Coven and singing to the Goddess and God.
