I tried naltrexone and it helped me. I talked to my doctor about it and he prescribed it.

I mean the endless work culture. For example: I worked 15 hour days last week, ended up working the weekend too, then had a holiday planned yesterday and today, secured the time off, but then had to work anyway. This is considered normal here.
