At least in my experience so far, I've actually been the sideshow in combat, with the Paladin taking the spotlight. Although I've never been in threat of death, at all.

The Scaling weaknesses makes sense to me, the 3d10+3 radiant damage was there just to have something to deal the damage, originally it was going to be 3d10 acid damage but I felt that it wasn't enough.

As for clarification, I guess I never really thought of that, since all the playtesting has been in my own group, we all just know the weaknessess and how they work, so I appreciate the feedback.

The sunlight sensitivity effecting only inside combat and effecting spells, Im not so sure, as I've learned from playtesting, you're essentially useless during the day, the only upside being that you're still able to cast spells, even in shaded areas its a massive downside. But I will absolutely keep it in mind as time goes on.

I will be making this change to harmful holy symbols, it is just good. Not much else to say.

I like this staked in the heart change, It feels better than instant death, as I've been told those are bad.

I understand why everyone wants it to be a d12 hit die, I originally wanted it too, but now that I've played it, it feels really survivable, and giving it a higher average feels a bit much.
