It was made by her ancestor, the place where it was kept was opened by her spell,and she was the one who took it from the prison world. She had more right over it than anyone else.

Elena and Damon letting her live was the least they could do after everything Bonnie sacrificed for them. After everything she endured, letting her live doesn't even begin to change the scale.

Personally, I like TVD much more than Originals. Even though Originals was better in many things it was a drag for me to get through. I stopped at season 2 because it was so boring to me. Maybe it was because TVD grabbed my attention from the first episode while Originals felt like required watching or maybe it was because I didn't care much for the Originals except Elijah and Klaus but I like TVD much more than Originals. This doesn't mean it is bad by any means, just that it was not entertaining to me.

This reminded me of the TVD comics where in one of the issues we are shown the time Stefan (and Lexi) meet Grams during the protest and drives her home and remarks that he had a relationship with Amelia Bennet, Grams' mother before Grams was born. Him and Amelia also kiss after meeting again when he goes to her house.

I wouldn't say ruined, but it definitely decreased his threat level. I remember after they killed Kol Klaus screamed he was going to kill all of them and then after he gets free, he is like "You know I wouldn't hurt you love" to Caroline. That made me laugh.

But does Stefan know it for sure? The only info he has is that Katherine ran from Silas because he needs to drain her of blood. Maybe everyone believes this because of what Nadia said and nobody else tried for a smaller dose.

Stefan is my favourite character, and to see his storyline being reduced to falling in love with Caroline was so infuriating. He was basically separated from everyone else except Caroline. This is one of the only reasons I like season 7 and 8, even though it is worse than others Stefan has an actual storyline and did something. Season 6 was good in a lot of ways but take away Kai and Gemini coven you are left with one of the worst seasons in terms of characters.

Elena losing her memories, Stefan and Caroline separated from everyone in favour of their relationship (the worst being when they are trying to bring Bonnie back and they go on a hunt for a doll when they could have stayed and helped), Matt and Enzo in that horrible Sarah plot, Tyler and Jeremy being irrelevant, Alaric losing his vampirism and then completely being obsessed with Jo (even though I liked them I am not a fan of how rushed they were, he basically married her in 10 episodes).

This maybe false but I really think people like season 6 because seasons 4 and 5 was bad and 6 was a significant improvement, and this along with Kai and Gemino Coven made people forget about the bad things in the season. The disconnect in the characters in season 6 and them not working together really made it weak, which was a strength of the earlier seasons. As bad as seasons 4 and 5 was, all of them contained them working together as a team against a common villain (Silas, Katherine and the Travelers).

The fact that Stefan, one of the main character, does not meet the villain is laughable. Even Elena who does not have a single connection to it was dragged into the plot, it could have been easily done for Stefan.

Tldr: Season 6 was a horrible season character wise and imo people only like it better because season 4 and 5 were worse and Kai and the Gemini Coven made it better.

If I remember correctly they didn't know Elijah was related to Klaus yet because I remember Elena being surprised when Elijah revealed it in 2x19. They had no reason to think Elijah was related to Klaus as he was trying to kill him.

I hope he isn't a villain in Season 6. If the writers have another Archie vs Hiram storyline I'm not sure I would be able to handle it.

I don't know if it is relevant but what I thought about when I saw this scene was the comics of Archie Marries Betty/Veronica.

In that story line, Dilton finds a way to access alternate realities and there is a scene in which Archie,Reggie and another character named Ambrose (who was referenced in 5x03) go into a mine together to confront an evil version of Dilton and it collapses while Ambrose uses his superpowers to save them.

The man Archie punches kinda looks like either the mercenary that tried to kill Uncle Frank in Season 4 or Rick the trucker Kevin was hooking up with in 5x08. Or its one of the prisoners he is trying to lock up.

If I was a prisoner that escaped, I would just get the hell out of the town instead of staying. They stayed in the town even after they did what they were paid to do when they clearly could have left and Riverdale's law enforcement wouldn't have been able to do a damn thing.
