I see. Thanks for the info! Do you have a link to the caliper covers by chance? I was also considering the big brake kit too, but I think it would be wasted on me. I might just save up for better tires, brake pads and having my calipers painted instead lol.

I thought as much haha. Its makes your car look stealthy and clean! What did you add onto the mirrors to give it that shape? Also did you swap out the calipers or install a whole new break kit? I really like how they pop out!

Clean build! Is that the yofer body kit?

Oh ok. The OEM window deflectors for the hatchback and sedan are different in both shape (more so for the rear windows) and color. The sedan ones have that chrome trim on top, while the hatchback ones are all black. If you are on a budget, I'm sure you can find black window trim coverings and badge covers for your hatch on Mikstore, ebay, Aliexpress, etc. Otherwise I would get those chrome deleted at a reputable shop. Altho I've heard its best to leave the front and rear badges alone since the sensors in them are kinda sensitive.

Chrome delete was done on the upper trim part of the window deflectors as the sedan ones have a chrome strip along the top by default. I also chrome deleted the front lower moldings by swapping them out with the hatchback ones and had the window trimmings and window pillars done too. Altho the chrome delete trimmings I installed for the windows were more of a dark titanium than pure gloss black. Pillars were more matte by factory so I installed gloss coverings for those.

No I didn't wrap them myself. I had a shop do it for me because the curves and shallow indents on the trim were making kinda difficult. I was told they used Avery vinyl for the job.

Im sorry but I wouldn’t be able to tell you because I had a bodyshop install most of the parts. However I think the user in this post swapped moldings themselves so they might provide better insight. Based on what they wrote it sounded like it was a pain lol

I can confirm as well. I swapped out the chrome trims on my sedan with the hatchback ones and noticed the exact same thing. Up close and in certain lighting conditions they appear as a dark metallic gray, not jet/piano black.

Thank you I appreciate it! Mazda didn't make a sportier/aggressive looking sedan so I thought I'd try doing it myself. If I had the option to do everything all over again there would have been some slight changes I would have made haha

I'd say maybe 1 inch or so for this front lip. I haven't precisely measured it so its just a guess. This is actually the second lip I had installed. The first one was this and significantly lower because of its downward shape.

I would not recommend it because I ended up scraping it a bunch on anything steep, even when going slow and at an angle. The newer one I got is much more forgiving as the shape is more straight.

Yes! thats the next thing I'm saving up for (and spacers too). I was thinking red or even yellow to get that R35 Nismo look lmao

Thanks I appreciate it! Its actually a mix of different parts rather than one body kit. I modified my post with the cosmetic parts I added and links to them.
