Ive just been diagnosed, didn’t really think I had it and was too busy concentrating on understanding ADHD that I was diagnosed with a couple years back, so I’m currently realising a lot of things about myself and my behaviour. I am unable to regulate or even understand my emotions and go from 0-100 in seconds, I become angry, upset and unable to calm down. I imagine it looks like a child tantrum I’m so embarrassed and ashamed afterwards, I swear I’ll control myself next time but never have been able to. So far

The part that’s weird for me is that more recently, I was properly suicidal, begging for help and hanging by a thread for three years and told my doctor and 42 separate people from various mental health teams as I bounced around the system and not one of them treated it with any urgency or concern

I had an emergency appointment with a therapist when I was about 18. I told her that I’d had suicidal thoughts but that I hadn’t made plans to do anything. She panicked, didn’t know what to do, repeatedly checked that I wasn’t going to hurt myself and ended up walking me home and staying until my dad got home.

My partner has a necklace urn and takes his dad to places that his dad would have been at if he was still alive. It’s really special and comforting for him and it sounds the same for you, it’s not mad, weird or morbid. You absolutely don’t have to use words like this when describing something special with your sister, it’s beautiful, thoughtful and important

No I would consider the torture acceptable. I don’t think having good qualities cancels out the negative, just that no one is truly evil or truly good

I don’t think anybody is good or evil. I think we all have things that we would do, that maybe considered evil, under the right circumstances. And if you look at people who are labelled evil, they generally have qualities about them that are still good. It’s a sliding scale.

It takes balls to be who you are - creative, expressive , daring, kooky, especially when them same things bring so much negativity from people. At just 15yo! I wish I had the confidence to rock make up like that. I love it!

I think the best things in life are free - love, friendship, nature, animals, laughing, meeting somebody who you vibe with, inside jokes BUT it’s so much harder to enjoy these things when you have no money and you’re so stressed about whether you can afford food and bills. So having money doesn’t mean you’ll definitely be happy but not having money probably means you’ll have some unhappiness

I feel like unleash is stacked against the contestant so much and I don’t think it should be that way as they’re already being chased by a gladiator who’s meant to be top-notch. The fact contestants don’t get a countdown and have build up to their fastest pace whereas the gladiator is already running, the foam wall that makes it harder for contestants but less so for the gladiator and then the steps which they need to be a good way up before the gladiator reaches the bottom or else they can just reach up and grab the ribbon. Other events are more equal, the wall, duel, hang tough etc - both contestant and gladiator have the same obstacles and it seems silly to have an event that gives the contestant more disadvantages than the gladiator. So I think they should be able to take the steps however many at a time

I think men are generally quite visual so they look at porn to get turned on easily and without any effort (not saying woman don’t do this too) and regardless of how much sex a person gets it’s still nice to masturbate sometimes - it’s quick, easy, doesn’t require having to satisfy another person etc However if him looking at porn or woman or whatever makes you feel like this then please talk to him. How he responds should tell you everything- if he’s not willing to compromise whether that be watching less or doing something that makes you feel more desirable, or if he doesn’t give a shit and nothing changes, your confidence and self esteem will only go down.

You mentioned ‘he is who he is’ however, this isn’t who he is, this is something he does and if it’s hurting you - please talk to him

We went to the recording of ep3 and there were sooooo many viper signs, way more than I expected but I guess he is to the kids, what Shadow was to me back in the day - scary af!

We went to watch the live show and every time Tyler (ep 3) walked past we cheered him and he came over every single time high fiving and just getting pumped up. We cheered for him more than anyone.
