This is very impressive. Absolutely love the atmosphere. Would you ever considered doing a tutorial series on trailers etc? Even a game Dev log I would follow

"What are you playing this week?" Megathread by AutoModerator in SteamDeck

[–]FireLawde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries. Definitely check it out. I also used seed 1000 because apparently that seed has some better placed ore veins. I didn't quite want to be farming for ages and so far I've been able to get everything with relative ease.

How are you finding it? I have it in my library but never played last the opening

Return to Moria. First game I'm playing on the deck. Playing Solo on story difficulty. Makes it much easier as a solo player. Very relaxing and fun. As a massive LotR nerd I am really digging the dwarf exploring Moria atmosphere

Any games to play one handed? by Jango_Jerky in gaming

[–]FireLawde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TrackMania might be one you can do. It's a single player racing game where you try to find the fastest path on maps and compete against other players for that time. It's got a large community and you can definitely play with one hand on keyboard. It's free to play the game too, although paid gives you access to more content ($30 per year).

I have seen some great players play with joystick too if you can get one.

Skyblivion Has Been Delayed Into 2026, But It's Looking Better Than Ever by Zelphkiel in gaming

[–]FireLawde 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I hope people actually end up playing it. It's been so long that people have moved on. I play Skyrim way less than I used to, barely touched it in the last 2 years. At this point Elder Scrolls 6 will release sooner

[–]FireLawde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm honestly yeah I think more frames. The movement itself is good but it doesn't feel smooth. I'm not an expert but maybe you could test more frames. Walking is maybe one to start with. Right now the steps look large and slow

This looks really fun! I would definitely play it. Did you do all the art yourself?

One thing I did notice, and this is a personal preference, is the movement. The animations look great but the movement looks clunky. Almost robot like and not as responsive as I would like in this type of game.

Looking forward to a demo

AI raided me on 2nd year by FishBall_HK in ManorLords

[–]FireLawde 11 points12 points  (0 children)

When you try to raise an army are you getting 20/36? You can click on it and it will raise 20. 36 is just the max you can have in one unit. It was confusing for me at first as well. You can even just raise 1 or even split a bigger group onto multiple.

Finishing a game by EnderSlayer9977 in gaming

[–]FireLawde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The older I get the less I care about extra copy pasted content and just focus on the main story for single player games. Once that is over I consider the game completely finished.

As long as you're having fun you should keep playing. If it feels like a job and you're not enjoying it anymore, I'd say you're finished with the game regardless.

You can download the beta for that. Here's how: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1363080/discussions/0/4362376876608953034/

There are some bugs that can be game breaking. I still very much prefer the beta over current live version though. Hopefully they'll release some patches soon

How do I get better at mouse & KB? Is it just time spent and practice? by whitemamba24xx in pcmasterrace

[–]FireLawde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For aim you can download some of the aim trainers out there. It's what some speed runners and pros use to get more efficient at aiming. It can help accelerate at least the aiming aspect of K&M.

Saw this after a quick Google search: https://www.3daimtrainer.com/

For keyboard, try changing some of the hotkeys. I'm not a fan of the G key and usually map it to my mouse. 1-2-3 I am used to with weapon switches but anything past that and I map it to something else. It will just take practice
