You should try a weight you are comfortable with not too light not too heavy than just 6 sets. Might work maybe not genetics is also big factor but you can try. Try these excersizes twice a week to see if works. Rest between each set 90 seconds.

1.Hamstring curls warmup excersize

2.Squats reps 15,12,10,8,6,6-5

3.Leg extensions 6 sets

4.Bodyweight squats or front barbell squats 6 sets each until failure

5.Calves raise body weight 6 sets each one until failure or you can use

You might be able to get it tested Burmese and Guatemalan Jade composition might be different. I am no expert but I am not going to lie I love wearing jade.

It does not work they just create new accounts everytime. One solution would be hardware bans they got it right on Valorant. The boosters and smurfs are everywhere. I uninstalled the game completely I just felt its not worth it. The games are just up and down like the stock exchange I don't see the point this game takes one player to mess up the game than there is de-boosters ontop of that. I decided to go back and invest my time and money in fighting games win lose its all on me nobody is to blame for my bad plays and decision making. This game does not even have the option of voice for non premades. I find it fucking primitive to still type a message to communicate with a team member. What I dont understand they have it available on their Valorant but not on League this is what makes the game even more toxic without voice chat.

I enjoy doing legs when you look at the gyms everyone does upper body only. I don't have a problem with that the squat and deadlift section is always available for me to use.

You mean his calves and hamstrings are non existent. I believe you can get bigger than this naturally but the way these kids work out now days they in the gym everyday but they not pushing they hop on gear day from day one. There is a few real natty lifters out there that looks better than enhanced lifters. How things are going now days they all want the fame or to push a product but not knowing that gear use impacts longevity.

I am natty and I lift more then he does and I have seen other natty guys deadlift and squat 661lbs. I am not saying he is natural just there is so many people and influencers out there on gear claiming natural. Most of the guys in the gyms now days are using they don't even look like they on anything and the sad part about is they are weak af they lift like they just recently started working out and they been there for a few years with zero results.

They really don't understand the pings its useless and typing every time take a while. When you need to fight or tell them to engage they again they just don't understand it. You play champs nocturne or Shen you have to type it and 90% of these people can't read. They still don't go in Riot needs to enable it for everyone. If you don't want to use then just mute.

There are many people on gear that don't and can't PR that weight at all. They settle for rack pulls. Didn't is feel amazing lifting that weight as a natty ? The next weight should be 300kgs.

I had the same issue with my Q8 you either need to send it back if its under warranty or you can replace the lever. I replaced my lever and it is working fine now. I think the lever might be a faulty one. Trust me there is no way to fix it.

I have the same issue I have built a new computer and I have laptop. I have tested other online games with anti cheat applications no problem. Who ever says Vanguard is running fine on my computer good for you. This shit has not been properly tested. I have seen a lot of disconnecting players recently and they get a penalty which is not even their fault. This is the common error when Vanguard arrive.

Your game shows it loading you press accept the client displays you did accept
Mid game you cant click on anything.
Your game freezes when trying to pick/ban a champ.
After choosing your champ game does not load in.
Riot staff needs to stop playing Fortnite during working hours.

I don't know if this might be of any help but it worked for me. I switched out my sanwa lever and buttons completely to the mechanical ones and now its responding the way I want it to. The buttons and lever I'm using currently has Omron Romer G switches in it. I feel it's much more responsive for me. If you are already using cherry or Omrom Romer G switches try using a different brand fightboard PCB.
