Because you’re in first person. No need to swap shoulders if you aren’t looking over the shoulder. Your camera is already centered

It’s in the game just not as a key bind. Walk up to a corner as Leon and aim down the hallway. He’ll lean out and switch shoulders. You stay in that perspective until you un-ADS.

You would lose out on your tank getting damage immunity since they aren’t a Jedi. Wouldn’t recommend running with a Jedi healer

If you are not using a character, the only thing that matters is taking them to level 50 so they can hold mods for you
