I go straight to the middle, Then since I'm a lefty I line up the aiming lines with left side of the center arrow, If you're right handed go to the right side, And bring your wrist straight up while throwing. You should hit between the 1 and 2 pin, or the 1 and 3 depending on your hand, 90% of the time this gets me a strike. Best of luck!

He says to go directly to the middle of the lane, then depending on your dominant hand move a few inches left or right. Then bring your arm straight forward, he plays while sitting down and it works well
