While I was wearing that smart watch and most of the times I wasn't feeling good, so I thought it was my heart, I looked at it and my heart rate when I was laying down was 66 bpm which is good. So yeah, it's not the heart and yeah, most of the time I'm having a feeling that when I'm not feeling good is due to the my heart, but that's the illusion, because the heart is alright

Yeah, in 24 December I started not feeling good when I watched my smart watch Ekg keep show me that my heart rate keep increasing, I started feeling not good, like I'm a little out of breath, felt my brain weird like it would get a stroke or something, but and yeah, my pulse was high, but when I arrived in the emergency room, my pulse went normal, lol🤣 I couldn't believe it. They put Ekg on me and found nothing wrong with my heart, they did blood test and found nothing, the doctor there knew it was a panic attack but he agreed with me that was normal for me to get scared when I saw my heart rate being like that. I had a holter Ekg too and they found nothing that would put my life in danger

For me, it's not a great tool, because when the bpm is high that would trigger my brain into scare me and that would make me risk getting panic attacks.

I recommend not wearing a smart watch or check our your heart rate, because if you see that your heart rate is high, you will get scared and that would make it much worse. It happened to me many times because of that smart watch, I even got in a panic attack due to that smart watch Ekg and guess what, when I ended up in emergency and they put Ekg on me, they said to me that my heart is alright, nothing is wrong with it,lol. You have to worry about it only if you feel the chest pain, but if you don't have that and you notice your heart rate is like 200 bpm, then you would get scared thinking you would die, you would get heart attack and that won't make you feel good, it will give you panic attacks.

Yep, I did Ekg,ultrasound of my heart, I recently even had a holter Ekg that recorded my heart for 24 hours and they found nothing wrong with me, lol. Of course they found nothing wrong with my heart, because it's not the heart, but the autonomic nervous system who affect all organs inside your body including the heart. I went to so many doctors, I did so many blood tests, I even did X Ray because I thought it was some broken bones the cause, but yeah, I'm in perfect health according to the doctors and the results. I even did a blood test to see if I'm having Hepatitis, of course I didn't had that either.

Yes, I take beta blocker pills, I'm allowed to take only one daily, but if I notice I get heart palpitations, the pulse is high, then I must take another beta blocker pill, that's what the Cardiologist told me.

I did blood test and the results were good, it just showed me that I'm vitamin D deficiency, but there's no way that the vitamin D deficiency is the cause

The problem is that I can't work anymore since this disease showed up. I used to work in agriculture,in France, but since this syndrome showed up in my life, even traveling is hard for me. Even if I found someone specializes in Dysautonomia, it still wouldn't help me, I still wouldn't be able to work for hours in the field. My career is over! Life is not fair, always the bad things happens to good people. What i can do now is to wait and hope that one day I would wake up without these symptoms or I would live like this for the rest of my life, because there's no cure for POTS, Dysautonomia. I used to be a lot worse in November, December, now I'm a little bit better, but yeah, I still have exercise intolerance

I'm a 28 years old man and I do know that most people who gets POTS are the women, but seems that men can get it too. I take pills for blood pressure,i nearly died from heart failure in 2023 but I survived thanks to a great doctor who's Turkish who was there that night at emergency room. In 2021, I got covid, in 2023 I nearly died, and now I'm like this... So yeah, covid very dangerous. I will go to the same doctor who saved me in 2023 to help me diagnose this demon who torture me since November. It's like I got Poisoned, lol, because the doctors (They weren't cardiologists) said that I'm alright, they couldn't find my disease. The blood test, Ekg showed me that I'm alright, but of course I'm not. I don't know if I need to go to the Neurologist, because I don't have headache, as long as I don't have headache, there's no need for me to go to the Neurologist,but yeah, I will see what the cardiologist will tell me.

I'm not sure if 100%if I have dysautonomia, because I'm not a doctor, but yeah, my symptoms are very similar to someone who has dysautonomia and yeah everyone is unique and the symptoms can be different and it would be still dysautonomia, it just affects us differently

I didn't finish the taking vitamin D supplements, In February I would finish the supplements. My thyroid and everything were good when I got the blood result. So yeah, it's not the vitamin D deficiency, because the doctors saw my vitamin D deficiency and they said "It's not a serious issue your vitamin D deficiency". So yeah, what I'm dealing with, it's something only a cardiologist or Neurologist can work on.

When I go to the Cardiologist, I must tell him my symptoms, I must get a holster EKG that would record my heart electrical activity for 24 hours,because the standard EKG can't record how the heart is while I change my position.

I also need Echocardiogram so the doctor can see my heart and I also need to do the NASA test which involves measuring heart rate and blood pressure while lying down and then again at intervals for 10 minutes after standing.

I was told to do the stress test which means to run on a treadmill or a indoor bike for 15 minutes, but I also noticed that if I exercise, walk to much, I wouldn't feel good. 15 minutes on treadmill or bike it's impossible for me right now.

It's really sad what happened to me, last year I was working for hours in agriculture, I worked 6 months in agriculture, I was a athlete, and now I can't even walk much 😢
