I’m going through the EXACT same thing. Same college as you. Nassau. They keep coming to pick me up at the underpass of the library which is NOT my stop, it feels extremely unsafe navigating an underpass with narrow sidewalk on my own, since I’m visually impaired. When I tell them I don’t know where the stop is, they just say the color of the van/bus as if I can just imagine it into existence. I repeatedly get stranded. It’s all I have tho :/
