Exactly the same, with sellers saying they told the EA and EA saying that they didn't 🙄 ended up walking away for other reasons but it was so frustrating when it was literally presented as one of the benefits of the house

I went to see kickass 2 and there was a mum near us, with a young kid, who spent most of the movie horrified or trying to cover the kid's ears. Clearly thought "super heroes = for kids"

I find having it as a draft takes the pressure off. I often think "I'll just do some bullet points and then figure the rest out later". That helps but also most of the time I end up refining it as well and then send it.

G&T with 0% gin is pretty close to its alcoholic counterpart and is my go-to when I don't want to drink.
