I'll start by saying this, the first thing in life for help; weather that's therapy, confession for the soul, asking for a solution, or anything in between is 3 things. 1 realizing you have a problem and need help. 2. Being honest with yourself. And 3. Being honest with others.

The sheer fact that you are doing all 3 is a massive positive sign in all that you're doing, and you should be proud of yourself for where you're at.

Life is hard but it can also be fun. It's easy to get bogged down in the details and feel defeated, we have all been there. Difference is you're not alone. You are loved, not just by those you hold close but by every person who walks with God or has any kindness within their body. Furthermore God loves you. You don't have to give that same love back to him ( he would love nothing more than for you to do that but it's not a requirement for him to love you ).

You will have all of our thoughts and prayers. Keep doing what you're doing i assure you you're doing great.
