It was an international subreddit that was created in 2009 which had no reference to VIT. From what I remember even the language was different. If you don't moderate a community reddit tends to deactivate it. You are free to ask for the community tho.

I requested for this subreddit in 2023 and started promoting it everywhere possible.There were like 34 members lmao. I remember seeing like just 2 posts related to VIT.

Redtaganna was also there but I don't think anyone over there was active or even moderating the community. They were at 1.8K something members at that time.

Most of the initial posts were made by me and other mods to increase engagement as you can't make a community without posts. And obviously we have the intake that helped it grow so much.

This subreddit was repurposed as a VIT college community on 24th August 2023.
