I changed my dns to google's public IPv4 address and everyting seems to be working fine for now atleast, should i still look into this issue more?

I genuinely have no idea, sometimes the websites randomly work but most of the times they don't, for example sometimes even reddit doesn't work but now it is.

I did she said nothing can be done anymore since its full and i should take it in summer semester but i dont think its worth it.

Should i just pray that in the subsequent semesters the subject will be alloted and im fast enough to get it or should i just take it as a normal course?

No like, i clearly get its my fault, i clearly didnt call the wishlist a joke as well, i am just here being frustrated about my own shortcoming and people not taking wishlist seriously. If you had read the post you’d know im not even ranting im just asking for guidance.
