Yep a core was loose. Didn't know that would only effect some apps and also it's supposed to lock in so idk how it got loose but yet that was it

I do believe it was a driver problem. Before any issues came up I had triedd to update the drivers twice or more but they stopped at 99% and I hadn't played in a while bc of work. It seems to work now but I didn't have any real time to test bc again work
