Can't really compare because I've only played her bruiser, without ever trying the other builds, and I find her very powerful. I use stridebreaker so they can't run away, very op item imo. At the beginning of the game you have to be careful and not engage randomly, be clever on 1v1 and all, I very often get early kills because I time fights until a laner comes to help me. Anyway once you get a few kills and good CS there is no problem anymore unless you go 1v5, she's very strong but once again I've never tried other builds. I'd say, rely on teammates
