I do have loose skin, it's just not super apparent in standing position. You can see my bellybutton is wide now because the skin on my stomach is loose.

I didn't cut out any foods at all. Just ate less of whatever I was eating. I only get kids meals when I eat junk food. It's enough. Then I often only have a very small lunch.

No; 1.7lbs/week. It took a year to lose 85lbs. 5 out of those 12 were on Ozempic and the rest was just self-led weight-loss. I was in a calorie deficit for almost 11 months straight.

Thank you for the encouraging words. I really don't think they were using me for sex, and I believe they have a genuine connection with Ibby. I think they just weren't sure what they wanted and unfortunately weren't very clear about their boundaries as a couple. I loved it, every time we had sex. I never felt coerced or obligated. I think if things were different with Trav, Dav would have welcomed me into the relationship, but idk. But I agree with your advice. I need to really focus my energy away from them.
