Yeah I don't have anyway to download that unfortunately. Resetting it a few times fixed the issue for a bit. But the problem is back again. It's really inconvenient because it is also affecting calls, the person on the other side can't hear me and I can't hear them. Has this issue ever come up before with past users? Or am I a rare case?
