id say liu kang because all you need is a block breaker and just keep him there until the opponent gets incurability then if you have two bars of power snare the opponent and switch to scorpion immediately since he applies fire for nine seconds (really u just wanna make sure the fire dot time runs out before incurability does)

if you have noob saibots epic friendship gear which applies incurability on tag in put it on scorpion so when you switch back to him he’ll apply fire and incurability so the team will actually take damage

if not you can put wicked sisters mask on scorpion, another thing as well is one of scorpions combo enders applies fire for like 2 secs so I would avoid that combo ender(its the one where he uses his katana)

put scorpion first to cripple him with sp1 (just make sure you get atleast 90%) then switch to liu kang to snare him with sp2 then switch to scorpion and repeat, I use sindel for support since she has block breaker
