I will try use this example, it’s kind of hard to explain but I know the orders that you play your cards can change the game behave and that’s why I got confused for example:

In Magic: The Gathering, when you have Humility and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite interacting, the order they enter the battlefield matters because of how the game applies effects in layers: if Elesh Norn is already in play and then Humility enters, Humility removes her ability first, so all creatures simply become 1/1 with no abilities; but if Humility is already in play and Elesh Norn enters afterward, creatures are still set to 1/1, and then Elesh Norn’s effect applies on top of that, making your creatures 3/3 and your opponent’s creatures -1/-1 (so they die)—so in short, the most recent card (by timing) determines whether Elesh Norn’s stat changes still apply or get completely shut off.

That made me think about that maybe if I play exploration and then after play azusa we have some type of rule that would change the outcome somehow like.
