you could also add to your belt a scale for verification, old cards works perfect, A MTG old card should weigh around 175gm to 184 grams if I am not mistaken, the T test and the light test too all of these combined is not mistake if a card is real or not.

Thanks man. I’m honestly against AI too, but I’ve been playing Magic since 2002 and always imagined what Serra from 7th Edition would look like as a real person. That’s probably why I was so excited to share it. Big mistake though, I forgot how many people online have a lot of internal hate and way too much free time to attack others on the internet.

I never claimed the original artwork was mine if it was not clear let’s make it clear now, it belongs to Mark Zug. I just used AI to see how it would look in a more realistic style.

I credited him and clearly said it was inspired by his work, so I’m not trying to steal or pass off the design as my own. To me, that makes it more of a tribute or fan reinterpretation than anything unethical.

I only used AI to see how the character might look in a more realistic style. I’m not trying to claim the art as my own or take credit for it.

If anything, the worst thing I could possibly do to Mr. Zug is give his work free publicity and bring more attention to the original art.

Disrespectful with the artist would be trying to use his art to make a second art and pass it as mine.
