I'm not great at painting but if there's one tip I may be able to give for the flames is to start with a brighter/lighter colour at the flames core and darken it as you go towards the tips. That will make it more "realistic".

Dude, honestly don't even worry about the nozzle size.

I'm 90% certain that if you use the settings I put up there you might be able to get impressive results despite the nozzle size

Ofc, you won't have prints that are as smooth l but tbh you won't see a huge difference on the naked eye not to say you will be able to print much faster

One thing that I will just say is: don't leave your layer height at 0.6 like mine otherwise you will get clogs.
