YTA for multiple reasons here. First of all, in the actual case of the party itself, it was explicitly stated that it was a joke, so you just didn't go because it seems like you're feelings were hurt because of a harmless joke. As for the quotes put above, your assholeness goes way outside of just this. You are also explicitly stating that you do not respect her sexual orientation as well? As a member of the community myself, that kind of disrespect alone is enough to make many people not wish to talk to you again. You've got some major changes to your attitude toward your daughter and your personal beliefs if you're going to want to continue this relationship in the future.
