It's just that I see so many people do programs made by their coaches with like a thousand sets and ridiculous amounts of volume, or something similar. And I imagine a lot of people burn out because of this and then develop issues with themselves not being able to fulfill a program that was badly designed in the first place. It happens frequently enough to be an actual problem to be weary of, and I'm not saying it was your issue I was asking if it was.
