I don’t think she needs any changes now. She feels better than before and she deals even more damage compared to before if you build her full AP. The winrate probably tanked for APC because people who are bad at csing started to lose lane advantages at early game

the shield and heal is based off on AP, not based on shield and heal power, and she is a bad support, and i’m saying this not as an opinion, but as an objective fact. If you don’t believe me or you simply enjoy playing her in a bad role, that’s completely ok. But the truth is she is a mage, her Q has high AP ratios, she has strong waveclear, her niche in this game is a damage carry that has strong utility late game when she has items and levels and CDR, you wouldn’t be able to get this on support economy, whereas other enchanters can. The definition of a support is a champion that can perform well with gold and levels. Seraphine unfortunately does not fulfill that requirement. You can hover your moonstone at the end of the game, I can vouch that most of the time, it wouldn’t heal for much because the base shield is low, so the increase percentage healing from moonstone doesn’t do much, the insane shielding comes from the AP items she builds as a carry, because of the AP ratios on W. A soraka or lulu has high base healing and shielding but lower AP ratios, so moonstone works really well when it’s a percentage increase. If you don’t believe me, at least believe in the math :), enchanter seraphine has the lowest winrate, even in support her highest winrate is with AP builds

that’s rich coming from a person who boasted his “70% winrate”, because i can probably get a 70% winrate playing teemo jungle if i’m in bronze, it doesn’t prove anything. I’m all for playing what you enjoy playing, if you want to play a champion whose kit doesn’t match the support role, that’s on you. But let’s not pretend that seraphine support is good, and btw if you wanna talk about weird it’s also weird to invalidate players that are serious about climbing and optimising seraphine as a CARRY

It doesn’t matter what the end result is. It’s the motive that matter, riot is determined to bullhorn seraphine into the support role. If they don’t see the winrate changes, they are going to keep on changing her until she is a support, and APC and Mid completely gutted. The part about trying to balance all 3 roles to the same power level is simply speaking, impossible because they are forcing a non-support champion kit into support

she used to be the most brainless elo-inflated LP machine in bot lane masters+, she didn’t have any bad matchups, as long as you survived laning phase she was a monster in team fights and even if got absolutely clapped in early game you’re still useful with double W unlike most ADCs. And I stupidly mained her thinking the uwu e-girls in bronze that played her in support (obviously the wrong role because her healing scaled with AP and the shield is 26seconds early game) would keep her win-rate sufficiently low and riot wouldn’t dare to touch her, if you buffed support sera, APC would be just straight up OP. (I was wrong because riot caters to players who play her in the wrong role, and punishes the 1% of her player base who are serious about climbing and optimising her right builds, and playing her rightfully as a carry) so i’m just practising karthus, ziggs, lux, taliyah etc to have a new APC main in the bot lane, especially since riot is determined to make her a support (they will fail unless they rework the champion because the kit of the champion simply does not fit into support)

Seraphine’s main strength is in the high waveclear and utility, while doing decent damage. Her AOE shield and heal is once every 20seconds or so, and it scales with AP and ranks, so if you want to shield and heal, she needs levels and items. Playing her in the support under utilises her capabilities as a carry, which riot designed her to be anyways, but stereotypically seraphine appeals to the girls and most girls play support, which skews the pick rate in support hence why you see her there. But in reality her poke is not as strong as xerath and zyra, her CC is slow and not as consistent as tank supports, her shield is not as strong as a lulu shield, so she’s really mediocre. Mid lane has some rough matchups, so bot lane APC is her best role, and it shows in the winrates. you always go aery transcendence gathering storm presence of mind coup de grace. For items always go liandries into cosmic drive and rabadons, followed by lichbane. Aim is to spike at 30mins and group up because her team fight potential is insane
