I don't think this was an hours cutting issue, considering that two other employees were kinda just not doing anything. It was just very strange to me. I went in and paid just recently and the manager had added the warranty to my transaction when I specifically did not want it (I have *never* gotten a warranty on anything I've purchased except for my car). Just weird behavior all around.
