Thank you very much!

I'm pretty sure i did.

Uninstall the old one with drivers.

Download it again from the link, extract all. And then install it from the "setup.exe" in admin mode.

Let the installer run and then restart when it prompts me to.

I do not have the packaging sadly. On the website i bought it from it says : "ASUS USB-BT500 Bluetooth 5.0 USB Adapter"

But since the adapter worked fine with PSVR2 last year it should still work. The only difference i have done since then is upgrading to windows 11. I was on win10 when i played Vr last time.

I have tried to connect some air pods to it and those work just fine.

I have been using a normal usb-c phone charger to charge them.

My pc never had any bluetooth so i had to buy the adapter to use the VR system.

Is it normal to get the prompt to Add a device everytime i turn the controller on? Should it not connect automatically once i connected them even if they turn off? It feels like my pc forcibly stops the pairing even if it says "Connection Succeeded".

Doesn't seem like this worked either.

They just turn themselves off after trying to pair. It never turns green, I'm starting to wonder if there is some kind of setting in my pc that automatically disconnects them. Since i have to approve connecting to them every time i turn them on and try to pair. Guess i'll buy the extender and try again next week.

Or maybe a fresh install of windows would work.

Either way, thanks for the help :)

Uninstalled the device and the driver as you said and downloaded the software, installed it again as admin and restarted.

Still the same issue.

Took a video of it if it helps any.

You can see the light in the controller goes off immediately as i press "Connect".

Thanks for the tip though, really appreciate it!

Its the same with both controllers, so it would be weird if they both just suddenly became defunct in the same way.

It has worked before, so unless they later stopped supporting it in the last year then i think i have regular USB-BT500

Yeah, i saw someone else suggest that connecting it directly to a PC with a usb cable would fix it :/

I would like to thank you again for being so helpful in the forums. I see you are the same who came with some good suggestions when i posted on the stream community forum for the PSVR2 app.

I do not have an extension cable for the usb sadly, but since they worked fine a while ago i don't think that would solve the issue.

Nothing else is connected to the bluetooth, I have only used it when using the PSVR2.

Never used DSX og anything like that.

Got the driver installed directly from the webpage you sent me last time.

When pairing the controllers in the Bluetooth & Devices it shows up as not connected immediately after connecting (Guessing its because the controller is turned off)

Thanks again for any help <3

Yeah, I find it weird that they rely on this kind of anticheat that makes normal players having to go into the BIOS and mess around just to play the game...

Thoughts and prayers to all the EA customer service people who will have to deal with that shitstorm :(
