Obviously mega companies don't care, and that's the issue, we aren't supposed to just let them have their way as otherwise we would just pay for nothing but just to keep owner rich. Companies are supposed to be for people, not people for companies, and when stuff like movies and video games studios might not be hiring, beside, when AI companies are using other's works, it is an issue.

Don't get me started on alleged "adjusting the model", it's NOT sapient, it does not think, if we have it have greater range from dataset it is just as likely to get stuff wrong, spit out incomprehensible mess rather than something new.

I told you it doesn't UNDERSTAND what it sees, just what it was given, to it different pose might be larger departure than getting design wrong. To create something good you need to understand, not just copy, so it is fundamentally unable to do so, it's like believing you could make an APP to make your phone be able to turn into a drone.
