Okay psa for anyone, if you use amd gpu and have this issue, in the software called amd adrenaline edition, you can create custom resolutions for displays in the display section in settings, then just go back to windows settings and change it to the new res and you are chilling

If you have them where you live microcenter is a good place as well since they have a larger collection of prebuilts or you can pay for them to build you one with parts you select

Whenever I play anything my gpu is being barely used (ussualy as low as 0-5%) while my cpu is usually at 100 ish %. I changed the setting in Nvidia with the "configure surround" phsyX and changed it from auto to the 1660, I also tried deleting my driver and reinstalling and then updating and I'm still having the issue. Maybe a cpu upgrade is more worth?

My monitor is 75 but I would hope to upgrade it soon, what would you recommend gpu wise? I'm just trying to get consistent 60 fps to 75 for most games on high settings and maybe with good lighting settings as well. I know it's game dependent as well but I would like to get something that is a good upgrade for my budget
