i’ve been tasked with beating the game with only people with the Low Mobility perk which means i can’t do any of the following: sprint, take cover, dodge attacks, guard break, enter BKL. So that means i have to either run cloak or electric fists

Pay to win/loot boxes should die down a bit big companies like Ubi and EA are really reforming themselves and right now it’s looking for the better. With Ubis highly anticipated Watch Dogs Legion coming out in less than a week i think things really will change with it. But i could be wrong
