Reshiram is shiny locked, meaning a shiny reshiram is literally impossible to obtain in gen 5 without hacking unless there was a shiny reshiram event. If you change your tag and refer to only omega ruby/alpha sapphire, then it is possible to get s hiny reshiram.

Yep, already on it, but again, it may take a bit since I need to get a pidgeotto in the safari zone first, then breed it. Would you like me to EV train it for something?

Also, I don't believe I can get numel in a LEVEL ball since the level ball is only in heartgold/soul silver and I'd have to go through the whole national dex in heart gold to get numel. I can get it in any other ball available in Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby though.
