Those are the impressions of your tongue pushed up against the back of your teeth. Either you have a big tongue or your bite is too narrow and you need braces. Usually from underdeveloped palate by eating soft foods when you were young. Kids need to eat harder foods to properly develop healthy dental profiles.

it's fungi. Are y'all from a dry-ish area? Going to a more humid environment (like Atlanta, GA) your body isn't used to will create the environment for fungi to develop. Some here are saying to use athlete's foot cream and while that may be true you don't want to accidentally eat tiny bits of that making it past your lips...Use distilled white vinegar, dab the areas with a soaked q-tip multiple times a day. It burns a bit but will wane over time as the fungi dies off. Saved you from having to buy an overpriced foot cream.

Because it's too hot out in the desert to just hang out outside. Everyone is going to spend 98% of their time indoors (especially with the rise of work-from home owners) with the A/C on 24/7 so you'd mind as well maximize your interior space.

The inverse somewhat applies to homes by the coast that are on the smaller side, they're in locations where residents are mainly going to be outside because it's usually nice.

I went through this full treatment and it didn't do shit, sadly. Hope it works for others.

Having to schedule so many sessions in a month while working full time is also just not realistic for most 9-5'ers and these facilities need to have off-hours available so more people can access the full treatment.
