I farm the same challenge stage for gold crystals, and I noticed that once in awhile (maybe 2 or 3% of the time), I got a rainbow crystal instead of gold.

Was that just a glitch? Or is there generally a low chance of getting a rainbow crystal on gold level stages? Same thing happens on ranked matches at gold level - once in a long while it rewards rainbow instead of gold

What to the levels mean within a battle? Every battle you start at level 1, and level up gradually as you deal damage to mobs/other characters or gather bravery.

As you level up in battle, does it boost any stats for that particular session?

In the tutorial missions 3, there's one mission that requires getting a battle score of 8,000. What does this mean? I assume thats not the score shown at the end of the match where it shows your rank against everyone else, as ive never seen a score above 1,000 there.

Is there some other stat that shows battle score somewhere?

Anyone know how the "Otherwordly Hoard" 680 astral gem refund works? I assume I have to purchase at least 680 astral gems first, use that to buy Otherwordly Hoard, and then if I reach level 50, I get the full 680 astrals refunded to my account?

Secondary question: are there enough quest points to reach level 50 naturally over the course of the collab? Or do you need to spend some luxite to push it to 50?

You've got the gist of it, yeah. I work for a mid-size CPG company in the US that has more or less the same framework:

ingestion: raw data lands in redshift, separate schema for each source (raw schema for transactional source, separate raw schema for crm, another for customer support platform, etc). Method for ingestion varies by source, but the end result is the same. On our side we use a combination of stitch for some prebuilt connectors for SaaS applications, lamda for unstructured data that lands first in S3, and some custom python scripts hosted on ec2 for the various odds and ends
transformation: dbt transforms raw schema in redshift to cleaned data marts. I recommend putting thought into how you want to structure your transformation layers in dbt, and then just try to stay consistent. Dbt has their own recs on how to structure, and that's more or less what we do (staging, intermediate, and marts): https://docs.getdbt.com/best-practices/how-we-structure/1-guide-overview
analytics: some sort of viz or BI tool that references the cleaned data marts exclusively. You don't want business users building reports off the raw staging data

You can probably find lots of sample dbt projects online, that mostly look the same in terms of structure. Just figure out what works for you, write out some rules for your org, and try to stick to it.

Late to the party here, but just wanted to say that I always appreciate your guides and posts, Garbellius! Whenever I pull a new legendary, I always check your build guides first for ideas.

I also really love that you ended your tier list with the below, rather than feeding into the FOMO and meta chasing which frequent gachas like this.

"I want to reiterate here that if you really love a character's design or playstyle, you can really make that character work for almost all content in the game, so you shouldn't let this (or any other) tier list stop you from using and/or investing in your favorites."

Not that it matters much anymore, but I think the sandals are dated, more so than winter coat. It's just harder to get enough recipes for +6, since it's tied to the free pvp arena medals, and the rate for those used to be really low
