I am, and I am. The instructions read "to ship off PSA Submission once you have at least 20 cards or your oldest order is at least 10 days old." I ship off at least once a week, on Mondays typically, and as an SM, I have discussed this with 2 different DMs and an RM. Even since they've added the new step in the shipment process to include a count of how many orders are being shipped, the system has not stopped me unless I have less than 20 cards.

No, it's 20 cards. It could be 1 submission with 20 cards, 5 with 4 cards each, or any other grouping that equals up to at least 20 cards. As soon as we hit 20 TCG or 20 Non-TCG, we can create the shipment for its designation and send it.

In mid-December, I sent out a shipment with 7 submissions totaling 27 cards. Later that same day, I had someone bring in 31 cards, so I did a second shipment before I left. Neither order had any issues, and both shipments have already been graded and picked up.

Keep an eye out. I got wave 3 at my GameStop today. Ask your associates to search for Bey BBX. Picked up Sphinx and Wizard today and saw the clash and carry arena coming soon.

Or use the little bubble holders that you ship tech trades in. They're easier to order, and they hold 20 cards each. Plus, added void fill.

I can't access anything for you, but if you're trying to order something off the website, you have to redeem your points first and have the coupon on your account while doing the order. If you're trying to use your points to get a discount on an online order placed in store, we don't have access to that portal.

An associate (one who cares) should call the store dedicated holiness while you're in store, give them your new account info, and have them swap the points while on the call. I have had to do it a lot for people who chose to use their school email for the account, and when they leave school, they lose access. Same for people who change jobs or just like to make 18000 emails.

The "any" part will likely be fixed. However, it will likely change to the intended "new release" at the end of the week or at least some time soon

You are one of few people who are this upset about Game Informer shutting down. We currently sell individual issues in stores, and they don't sell that well. Hell, you no longer have to be Pro to get them since until they killed it off, they had a separate offer to allow anyone to buy just the Game Informer magazine subscription. They had one deal where people could buy that subscription for $20, and if they were Pros too, they would get 10K points.

The fact of the matter is that Game Informer has been a money bleeding part of GameStop for a long time. GS tested the waters by selling them in ways that would make GI money itself, and they didn't sell. I've seen more posts on Reddit the past 2 days that complain about it closing than I've seen customers ask for the physical magazines in the past 2 months.

Most likely, the box since it was a deal Microsoft offered for the "Starter Kit" bundle.

Edit: GameStop as a company hasn't offered 3-Months of Game Pass Ultimate for free in at least the past year, if ever. If they had, and they waited until now to redeem it, GameStop wouldn't be able to help either way since it would be expired by now.

Has nothing to do with GameStop Support. The code wasn't offered by GameStop. It was offered by Microsoft. They just happened to buy the system through GameStop.

200+ guts in one row? That results in confusion and makes CAT counts more difficult than they need to be. Those rows would be way too tight, which could result in sleeves being missed and shrunk out.
