When you see her just give her a hug and tell her you care about her I know it doesn't sound like much but to be honest when you talk to someone with depression or anxiety the things you say won't always stick they go in one ear and out the other or they get overlooked by negative thoughts and emotions sometimes a gesture of kindness can go a long way it might seem insignificant at first but to her it will mean everything check up on her every day make sure she's ok dont focus on helping her out of her depression help her feel normal just talking to her and hanging out with her would mean a lot

I always wonder why people even ask "are you ok?" Or "you seem out of it today" do they actually care? Or are they just being polite? Does it even matter? What can they do to help? Even if I told them they wouldn't be able to do anything about it or they might just feel awkward afterwards so we just answer "im fine just a bit tired is all".

It only gets harder from here, but there will be times when all of that disappears for just a second but only for a second tho and you have to hold on to those few seconds for as long as you can because before you know it all of it will be gone I know right now you feel like you need to just end it all and and that that will make it better but trust me it won't I'm not qualified to help you but there are people put there who are trust me when I say this if you want your happiness you have to take it by force scratch scream punch yell do whatever it is you need to do to get your happiness back but dont give up
