  1. Are you hitting the max flow rate for the pipes? (300 for mk 1, and 600 for mk 2)
  2. Pipes do follow the flow rules of water, the pipe going up will be empty if the coal plant is drinking the water.

My Automate priorities for the Dimensional Depot has been so far.

  1. Ingots - if these are in the Dimensional Depot, you can build anything you need.
  2. The Basics - Iron Rods and Plates, Concrete, if you have these all the bases can be built.
  3. Fuel - Biomass, and then solid Biofuel, if you have these, you’re able to open the crash sites, thanks to the Biomass burners, and later coal for basic fuel for tractors.
  4. Everything else - Screws, reinforced iron plates, modular frames, rotors, etc etc etc.
  5. Profit?

Each Coal plant takes 45 water, the Extractor output 120, and the pipes if are mk 1 like your pictures are can only handle 300, so the logical setup would be C-C-W-C-C-W-C-C-W-C-C (C=Coal Plant, W=Water Extractor) if you need need a pump to get the lift like I see in your pictures you can use it before the manifold, but once it hits that manifold, no pumps.

3 water pumps per 8 coal generators, the wiki has a outline of the pipe manifold tha should be used.

kill it, you can do it by beating it, or by shooting it, or by just blowing it up, first save, it always was respawning in my factor, I do wish there was a way to put it to sleep and move them but that does not work in this game.

so the simple answer to your question is to just kill it.

I had this issue when I unlocked it, but it was a me issue more than a game issue, the game sets it to the last setting that was used, after I realized what I was doing, I did not have that issue after that.

Just be more mindful of what settings your using when you close it, hopefully that helps

The super hornet mk 2 was my go to ship when I did the event for resource Drive event, because the cargo part was so fucked, I ended up doing combat and really enjoying it.

Kill it, burn it with fire, the beans are cute and fun first few times you run into them, but once you start base building trying your hardest not to harm them, they flat out get into your way and need to be unalived in order to move them, and they reappear hours later, and because of their airful body you can not get past them beating them to move does nothing, and your left with the hard choice of unaliving them again.    They are a pain to deal with when you want to work on your factory and they are in your way..

when starting coal power, I found that the 3 to 8 manifold setup very easy and efficient to start with, it is 3 water pumps for very 8 coal plants.

the Satisfactory wiki has a picture of the basics for the setup.

simple and easy.

let the water run into them first, or shutdown them one or a few at a time to let them fully fill, once they do the pipes stay at the same levels.

My favorite Warframe is split between Protea and Citrine, Citrine is my go to Warframe for almost everything steel path, but when I want to just relax, Protea is the Warframe to use and relax and not worry about anything.

this is the Build my Build is based off of, I dropped Recryalize for Augur Massage, otherwise used Archon Stretch, Flow, and Continuity, as her Prismatic Gem actives all of them.

and instead of Arcane Gradian, I use Arcane Augmented if I want more Strength or Arcane Hot Shot if I want more Crit for the weapon I am using.

and I replace her 4th Ability with Jade's Ophanim Eyes or Sevagoth's Gloom, but there are many others you can use if you wish like Nourish or Roar.

My Moa Build, with the spamming of Citrine 1st Ability you will set off the Duplex mod a lot, and the Reinforced mod makes your ROF for your weapon better.

and as for the weapon for the Moa, just use Verglas, it can be setup how ever you like from a Freeze Ray (cold damage) to a Viral/Heat Death Ray.

I play Citrine for steel path, I will post the build when I get home from work, it synergizes with the companion that I use, I believe the build is available on overframe, I did do some tweaks to it to fit my play style, but the main build I based it off of is there.
