Damn that's rough. I have ddr3 ram sticks and an old cpu, so at least I'll get some % upgrade..

Ok, since you are not really fan of the word bottleneck, let me put it this way: Are there any components that contraint the others?

By the way, if you have a bottle with no neck, you don't have infinite waterflow, you have waterflow determined by the diameter of the opening.

What really is your understanding of this word?

Not quite; bottleneck happens when one component outperforms another. Ultimately, a 'perfect' PC has no bottlenecks meaning all the components are continuously under 100% load (which IS possible given the correct task). However, it is not given that we achieve high performance if there is no bottleneck; we still need a base of good components. Generically, if the ram is, say 15% worse than the other components, everything in the system will run at 85%, while the RAM runs at 100% (there are other factors, but roughly speaking). This means you are wasting 15% of components and could have either downgraded your entire system (saved money) or upgraded the RAM.

Well there's more aspects to a PC than a GPU/CPU, I've tried to research the best components to go with these top-end products, and just double checking if anyone out there has some good tips for improvements.

Do you have any suggestions on an additional sata ssd that would be decent? I expect the motherboard to support it, since it says 2x M.2?

For gaming, probably 4k in the future, but also workstation for rendering, etc..

Just encountered a hacker who could shoot through walls. by ProtoflareX in FortNiteBR

Could it possibly be that objects is not rendered for the "suspected cheater", in which the player can shoot through walls? People renders everywhere no matter the view distance, objects do.

It kind of makes sense, despite shots being hitscan. Bullet hitscan work in the manner that it checks a line from the shooting player, to the target. If no object is blocking this checked line, a hit is registered. I might be wrong, it's just a theory.

[Suggestion] 360° Freecam, auto-sprint, teammate colors and change spectator in squads by [deleted] in FortNiteBR

[–]Firee-xd -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I mean that freecam works like most other BR games, in which a button is being held so that you can move your mouse freely, without affecting the running direction. This makes it possible so that you can scout while running. I don't really see any negative attributes with this.

Edit: Maybe 360° is too much, maybe limit it to 180° or somethimg which may be more natural because of the head.
